Q. WHAT ARE RADIATOR COVERS?
A unique piece of household furniture. Our radiator covers come in a range of sizes and as an extra lined with foil, top and sides for optimum heat and energy saving. They create a finished look to any room, hiding the heating pipes, valves etc.
Q. WHAT ADVANTAGE IS THE FOIL TO MY RADIATOR CABINET?
All our Radiator Cabinets can be foil lined top and sides; this in addition to our radiator foil ensures that no heat is lost through block walls or the radiator cabinet itself. Thus all heat is reflected back into your room allowing you to turn the thermostat down but still having the same amount of heat therefore, you can reduce your heating cost.
Q. NOT SURE HOW TO PUT RADIATOR COVER TOGETHER?
We provide assembly manual with every radiator cover. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to drop us an email or give us a call.
Q. ARE YOUR RADIATOR CABINETS EASY TO ASSEMBLE?
Yes, our Cabinets come with assembly manual. And if you chose foil line option, You will have to position the radiator foil behind Radiator with adhesive tape provided. The assembly should take around 15-20 minutes per cover.
Q. HOW ARE THE RADIATOR CABINETS FIXED TO THE WALL?
We use "hook" blocks that fit into the underside of the cabinet. You cannot see them when your cabinet is fitted. These allow an easy "lift on, lift off" system for you to access your Radiator.
Q. DO I INCLUDE THE VALVES IN MY MEASUREMENT?
Yes. When measuring for your Radiator Cabinet measure from valve to valve and add on 50mm to our internal measurement. All Cabinets are 865mm in height.
Q. WILL THE RADIATOR CABINET FIT AROUND MY SKIRTING?
All our Cabinets come with a 160mm x 27mm cut out to fit over your Skirting Board.
Q. WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY RADIATOR?
Our Radiator Cabinets are attached to the wall but are designed to allow easy access to the Radiator.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RADIATOR CABINET TO BE DELIVERED?
All standard orders received are usually processed within 2 days. Since we have all ready made radiator covers in stock, we try to aim for next day delivery in most of the cases. For Custom radiator covers please contact the office. All deliveries run Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. All orders placed after 2pm could take an additional working day to be delivered.
Q. HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
You can return your product within 30 days of the date of delivery to you for Free. You have a 30 day money back guarantee considering that the product is not used and contains all original packaging.
