Here at Ecorads we want our products and customer service to exceed your expectations. To help ensure this please read the following information.
These Terms and Conditions of sale govern the supply of goods sold by HomeClime Limited t/a EcoRads Registered in Ireland under company number 527336 (‘’we’’ and ‘’us’’) to the customer (‘’you’’). The website EcoRads.ie (the ‘’website’’) is owned and operated by us. Our Vat number is IE3088879BH.

Ready Made Radiator covers:
EcoRads flat packed products are DIY kits of parts that allow you to quickly produce a very professional piece of furniture with limited tools and easy to follow instructions. Each ready-made radiator cover has a full description and an exact Internal and External dimensions. Please take great care when measuring up your radiator. You can read the measure guide on each ready-made product’s web page. Ones cover is assembled its non-refundable. If you are unsure or have questions please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Please note that Ready Made radiator covers are currently unavailable.
Made to Measure Furniture and Radiator cover:
In order to place your order or to get a quote for made to measure furniture or radiator cover please follow the measuring instructions provided on the website and contact us over the phone or email. Our team will help you with an order and will arrange call out service if necessary. The products will be made with specific adjustments individually to your needs. Ones cover is assembled its non-refundable.
On our website, you may place an order to purchase made to measure radiator covers. Orders can also to be placed over the phone. The order and the payment confirmation will be automatically sent to your email address ones you placed an order.
We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
Price & Payment:
The price payable for the goods you order or purchase is as set out on our Website at the time you submit your order plus any charges for delivery as advised to you. The price payable for the goods includes VAT at the current prevailing Irish rate.
Occasionally, we advertise goods at a promotional price; you must quote the relevant promotion code, otherwise you may be charged the full price.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and purchase, and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
For Website orders, payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, and PayPal by completing the relevant details on the checkout page.
By using a credit or debit card to pay for your order or purchase, you confirm that the card being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order or purchase, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for the item not being delivered or provided to you. We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the holder of the card as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order or purchase.
We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
Delivery times fluctuate on our made to measure range according to demand- please contact sales department for lead times.
Delivery times fluctuate on our pre-made range is between 1-2 working days. Pre-made range is currently unavailable.
Delivery charge will be applied at the check out.
Delivery is carried out Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
We provide delivery service for custom made furniture in Dublin and Ashbourne areas only. Otherwise the product can be collected in our showroom in Ashbourne, co. Meath.
A valid signature may be required on collection or delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately. We strongly suggest that you do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods are suitable for your purposes and do not have any defects or missing parts. Ones cover is assembled its non-refundable.
For reason of health and safety and to avoid any property damage, you must therefore make your own arrangements at your own risk if the relevant items needs to be transported from the delivery location. We will not provide any unpacking, installation or fitting services upon delivery unless otherwise agreed by us in writing for extra cost.
Cancelation, Returns & Refunds:
Please note we can not accept items for return or refund which have been damaged after the delivery, or which have been assembled, or Made to Measure radiator covers or Custom made furniture with specific adjustments that make them individually specific to your needs.
You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us at your own cost by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of delivery to you or to a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you. Otherwise we will charge a fee of €15 per package for the carrier pick up service. In relation to goods delivered to you, you may need to take delivery of the goods before you can cancel your order if the goods are placed into our delivery process before we receive your notice of cancellation. Where your order comprises multiple delivery shipments, the 14 day cancellation period for the goods in your order runs from the date of the delivery of the last shipment to you.
You will lose your right to cancel after the expiry of the 14 day period referred to in clause.

On cancellation for whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return the goods to us in their original packaging and conditions & not been assembled. Assembled products are not returnable or refundable.
We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order or purchase
If you have purchased a ready-made radiator covers and you have ordered the wrong size or design please contact us and we will do an exchange at no cost.
We will withhold any refund until we received the goods.
Your right of cancellation does not apply to goods that are cut or mixed to your requirements, made to measure, made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Where the goods are being returned because of manufacturing faulty we will do full refund within 14 days.
If any part of the product is damaged during delivery please notify us within 24 hours. The damaged part will be replaced at no charge.
